A fine organic and DOP extra virgin olive oil obtained from olives which we grow in our farm with care and passion, always aiming for high quality.

At sight it looks yellow with bright and green shimmers; the aroma opens to fruity and vegetable with rich notes of artichoke and green tomato.On the palate it is delicate with hints of herbs, artichoke and almond.
Excellent for fish starter dishes, legume soups, white meats and fresh cheeses.
